About
Domaine La Sauzette is a converted farmhouse over 200 years old located 3 km from Carcassonne and offers accommodation on a bed, breakfast and table d’hôtes basis.
The Domaine also has 6 luxury safari lodges, equipped with its own kitchen with all accessories, bathroom with shower and toilet and a private terrace located by the swimming pool in a green environment.
The farm is located on a 2 hectare estate between forests and vineyards where you can relax, cool off in the pool, play a game of pétanque or take a lovely walk through the green landscape. There is an arcade for fans of table tennis, table football and pool billiards. And of course it is possible to eat and drink something.
Chambres d'Hôtes
Domaine La Sauzette has 5 Chambres dhôtes, four double rooms and a triple room, equipped with heating, free WiFi, a private bathroom with toilet and a bath or a shower.
Breakfast is served daily at La Sauzette from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM.
In the evening you can choose to enjoy a number of regional dishes prepared in-house, French or Mediterranean cuisine. You can use the communal living room, swimming pool and games room at any time.

Beautiful location, extremely peaceful & very welcoming host. We had dinner on the terrace which was delicious.
The host and her family engaged well with us and were happy to meet our every need. There were many facilities- swimming pool, games room, bar, indoor and outdoor seating areas.
Judith advised us where to go for a walk in the surrounding area where we saw many different varieties of butterflies – one of our main interests.
We wish we could have stayed longer. A genuine 5-star establishment.

There are 6 safari lodges on the estate, for 4 to a maximum of 6 people. Want to camp in style and with all amenities?
These attractively furnished safari tents, located by the swimming pool, among the vines, forests and mountains, have a living area of approximately 40 square meters with standing height in the entire tent and are equipped with a wonderfully spacious terrace with awning.
